Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to RishtayWaly – Rishta App.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the Session section and select Delete account.
- Read the deletion notice and confirm Delete account.
The deletion is permanent and the account cannot be recovered after completion.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email the inexol privacy team at rishtaywalai@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject RishtayWaly account deletion request and include your registered email address or phone number.
We may request reasonable verification to prevent somebody else from deleting your account. You will not be required to reinstall the app.
Data deleted or anonymized
After a verified deletion request, the account is soft-deleted and cannot be used again. We erase or anonymize login information, profile details, date of birth, profile photograph, location and preference information, message contents, device notification tokens, subscription identifiers, and other personal data associated with normal use of the account.
Limited data that may be retained
We retain a non-active anonymous account row and limited relational or safety records for database integrity, fraud and abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or an active child-safety investigation. Retained rows are not displayed in or usable through the normal service. Message content, free-text report details, authentication data, notification tokens, and profile information are erased. Any legally required record is restricted from normal product use and retained only for the period required by applicable law or while the relevant investigation or legal obligation remains active.
Processing time
In-app deletion is initiated immediately. Requests submitted by email are normally processed within 30 days after verification. We will notify you if applicable law requires a different period.
